I have been very happy to work and collaborate with Aakansha Sharma on producing creative writing materials for our various International / national ventures including Camessi/Pezalli Bespoke/ Saint & Stitch and Alteration Studio. In Oct 2018, Aakansha undertook a major lead in helping me associate with International Brands in Singapore and London through her excellent innovative design and strategies. Aakansha has been willing to take the courage and step out as the first leader within the open directorships of the projects assigned to her.  Aside from her leadership skills, self-initiating sense, and team management, Aakansha is also a great artist, with the immense capacity to brainstorm, formulate and communicate igniting pieces of creative work.

I connected with Aakansha through a chance job posting I’d put out for a content manager role for BehindTheRamp - a venture I started about a year back, and was extremely pleased when our discussions over the topic proved in sync. She was extremely supportive of the vision of the company, and helped shape it further - a very important and helpful trait for young founders such as myself. After taking complete responsibility of shaping up our product, she helped us with numerous suggestions on content ideation and execution, in addition to helping with the early user base onboarding. ​I have known Aakansha for more than 3 years. She worked as an intern at the ElpisDesign where I was supervising her as the Design Head. I assigned the User Research and Marketing Activities to Aakansha and monitored her progress. I had a very unique experience with this girl of first-year BBA at Sophia College who seemed to me to be wise and headstrong from a distance. My first encounter was working with her as the group teacher for the text board decoration outside the assembly hall. There I saw her qualities of leadership, group work, accommodating nature and open-mindedness. She not only served as the Class Representative for 3 years but also secured the first position in BBA 2013.
