The paper talks about the existence of market as a social structure, phenomenon of complexity to formation and its existence from long back till present. It further establishes the term complexity with regard to the interaction of the space with people of specific traits as talked here Backpack Travellers. In the social sciences, visual methods encompass photography, video- in terms of material and non- material culture. With respect to the visual, one has to note that all interpretations that are onto logically dependent on photography require more interpretation. Such kind of relationships can be approached via controlled photo-observation, photo-elicitation techniques and imagery provided by the subjects themselves.Here,finally the research is delineated into three main areas: (1) evaluating the theoretical and conceptual basis of visual research; (2)defining the existence of a subculture (backpack travellers) in space;(3) cultural interaction between space (Market-Paharganj) and people (local people and backpack travellers) and their impact on social life.
